Acceptable Use and Portrait Permission

Adult portraits and permission

Use only portraits of adults and material you own or are expressly authorized to process. Obtain each identifiable person's informed permission for upload, transmission to applicable providers, creation of realistic moving and speaking/singing synthetic media, the intended disclosure and any planned publication or commercial use. A checkbox does not create missing permission, transfer another person's rights or exempt you from provider/payment restrictions. Do not submit identity documents or sensitive/private portraits.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not create sexual or pornographic content, sexualized minors or exploitation, graphic violence, hateful targeting, harassment, fraud, unlawful assistance or intellectual-property infringement. Do not impersonate others, produce deceptive deepfakes or falsely imply a real person said, sang or did generated statements/actions. Permission alone does not establish that a provider or payment channel permits a use. Do not bypass review, access another user's media, share quarantined/provider links or disguise a synthetic result as authentic evidence.

Rules, enforcement and review

A versioned, maintained literal blocklist and automatic Waffo final-prompt text checking apply before paid creation. A text check does not review the meaning of the portrait or the generated video/audio and is not a rights-clearance guarantee. There is no routine human pre-approval of each image or result and no enabled video-content safety review. Only an effective automatic text allow permits a paid task; uncertain or unavailable checks stop creation and cannot be overridden by clicking a human-approval box. After a report, suspected misuse or a security incident, authorized administrators may investigate references, restrict media or accounts, handle an appeal and record reasons. This post-report handling is separate from a mandatory pre-generation review queue. Existing restrictions are not silently removed by a mode change.

Reports, appeals and decisions

Signed-in users may submit a report or an appeal of their own decision in the reports and appeals center and see the handling status and explanation. Rights holders without an account may contact [email protected]. Give the task/content reference, a concise concern, the rights involved, your connection or authority to represent the holder, and necessary context and a reply address. Provide truthful information in good faith; do not attach sensitive portraits or credentials. An authorized administrator records review, resolution or dismissal with reasons and may ask for relevant clarification. A report does not automatically prove a violation or trigger a cash refund. We aim to make the first response within two business days, excluding China weekends and public holidays in Asia/Shanghai time. You can challenge a decision with relevant additional context through the same center or support; statutory complaint and legal channels remain available.

Publication responsibilities

If a result is delivered, you remain responsible for the lawfulness of its use, all required rights and appropriate AI labeling. You may not imply endorsement by the portrayed person, artist or brand. We do not guarantee exclusive rights or legal clearance of generated audio, lyrics, faces, gestures or marks. Reports and appeals do not permit continued sharing of blocked content.

Restriction and closure do not erase rights

A restriction may suspend delivery or account access while evidence is checked. It does not automatically forfeit all unused paid credits or extinguish lawful refund, privacy or complaint rights. Pending tasks, actual service delivery, purchase-source usage and applicable law must be assessed before deciding the appropriate remedy. Deletion or access restriction is not an automatic cash refund or a substitute for a recorded review decision.
