Operator, scope and acceptance
AIRapVideo is operated by 温勇 (Wen Yong), an individual operator in China; Changsha, Hunan, tax resident in China. These terms take effect only on the effective date shown with the approved published version. Reviewing this publication candidate does not open registration, authorize a paid request or activate commercial checkout. Before public activation, authorized local testing remains subject to its separate test rules. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to process all submitted material. Use accurate account details, protect your credentials and verify your email before protected operations. Google sign-in requests basic profile and email, not Gmail or Drive access. A customer identity never grants administrator access. We may restrict accounts or content for security, unlawful use, rights complaints or policy violations; review and appeal procedures are described in the acceptable-use policy.
What the service does
AIRapVideo generates short AI rap videos from one or two authorized adult portraits and a text theme. Current standard MiniMax H3 options are 5, 10 or 15 seconds at 768P, supported aspect ratios and English, Chinese, Spanish or Japanese prompts, with native audio. Available settings and the server quote shown before confirmation control the request. We do not offer uploaded songs, voice cloning, a particular artist's voice, exact lyrics or full-length music videos. Identity, words, pronunciation, movement and synchronization can vary.
Confirmation, credits and task status
A confirmed request creates its task and spends the server-quoted credits once in one transaction. The current quotes are 34, 67 and 100 credits for 5, 10 and 15 seconds respectively. Expiring eligible credit sources are consumed first. Preserve the original request reference if a response is uncertain; do not assume a missing response means no task or charge. Closing the page does not cancel a supplier task. There is currently no user generation-cancellation command. A result may remain quarantined for review or require reconciliation without a second paid generation.
Review and delivery
New generation requires an automatic check of the exact final prompt through Waffo before task creation and credit spending. A local literal blocklist is checked as well. Only a valid text allow result permits creation; block, review, service failure, invalid data or missing configuration does not create a paid task. There is no per-portrait or per-video human pre-approval. Portrait checks concern format, dimensions, ownership and technical suitability, not semantic image safety. Stored outputs must pass the actual technical delivery checks for video/audio and private task ownership before delivery; this is not an enabled video-content or audio-semantic safety review. Existing explicit restrictions, account suspension and report-based access restrictions still apply. Old pending review records are not converted into approvals, and a technically successful privately owned output does not need a new human approval to be viewed.
Rights, use and service limits
You retain rights you already own in your inputs and grant only the permission needed to process, transmit, store, review and deliver the requested work, secure the service and address complaints. Obtain all portrait, copyright and other permissions described in the acceptable-use policy. We do not promise exclusive rights or copyright protection in an AI result, uninterrupted service, a delivery deadline or permanent backup. AI limitations do not excuse duplicate charges, undelivered services or obligations imposed by law. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
Changes, ending use and contact
Material changes to service scope, recipients, prices or legal terms require a new published package and appropriate notice or confirmation before they apply. Existing requests keep their immutable task and credit-source records. You may stop using the service and request account/data deletion via support. Deletion and retention exceptions are explained in the privacy notice. Contact [email protected] with references only; never send credentials, verification links or full card details.
Governing law and disputes
The operator is based in China. Laws of the People's Republic of China at the operator's location apply to the extent legally permitted, without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable where you reside. Contact support for an initial review; if a matter remains unresolved, you retain access to a legally competent authority or court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive foreign forum or a blanket waiver of refund, privacy, complaint or other statutory rights.
