AI Processing, Disclosure and Review

Synthetic output

MiniMax H3 generates video and native audio from the submitted portraits, final prompt and task settings. Generated people, gestures, words, pronunciation and synchronization may be inaccurate or inconsistent. Exact lyrics, artist-specific voices, voice cloning and a fixed completion time are not guaranteed or offered. Clearly disclose AI generation when sharing, and do not assert that the portrayed adult actually made the generated statements or actions.

Technical checks and content decisions

The server retrieves actual output bytes, checks expected video/audio properties and decodability, and saves the result in private storage. Playback and download require the active account, correct owner/task/current stored asset and absence of an explicit restriction; unfinished or failed technical delivery is unavailable. A playable MP4, nonsilent audio or successful provider status does not prove content safety, originality, rights clearance, exact lyrics or artistic quality. There is no enabled semantic safety examination of generated video or audio. Text checking happens before generation and cannot establish the meaning of a later audiovisual result.

Prompt-only runtime and service limits

The current runtime policy is prompt-only: automatic Waffo final-prompt checking followed by generation and actual technical delivery checks. It does not require human approval of each portrait or completed video. Missing text-service credentials or an inconclusive/invalid response stops new paid creation; it is not a test bypass and no one can fabricate an automatic allow or scored result. Optional semantic metadata is kept as returned, without claiming that absent or degraded semantic-status metadata itself constitutes a completed media review. Human support remains available for reports, account restrictions and appeals after an incident. No Sightengine purchase, activation or transfer has been made, and new providers require separate approval.

Quarantine and task continuity

An uncertain text check preserves the original submission reference for a bounded retry but creates no paid task. Uncertain provider submission, query or technical storage/delivery keeps the original task and checkpoint for reconciliation, without a second paid generation or exposing a supplier URL. A definite technical failure follows the original-charge reversal rule once. Historical pending human-review records remain as history rather than becoming fabricated allow decisions; normal technically successful, privately owned results can be delivered without an additional human vote. Explicit blocks and report/account restrictions remain effective. Content enforcement after delivery is not automatically a technical-failure refund or cash refund.
