Credits, Payments and Refunds
Prices and validity
Credit packs are one-time purchases: USD 6.90 for 100 credits, USD 9.90 for 300 credits and USD 24.90 for 900 credits. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits expire 12 calendar months after confirmed payment. These are the listed USD pack prices. Any applicable taxes, disclosed charges and the final payable total must be shown by the actual checkout before you confirm payment; we do not promise tax exemption, a fixed tax rate or an undisclosed later surcharge. The checkout and receipt identify the applicable seller/payment entity and its purchase conditions. We supply the AI service, credits and support and coordinate billing issues; no specific tax-included catalog setting, invoice type or completed tax filing is asserted merely by this policy.
Payment confirmation and account balance
A checkout return or local expiry is not proof of payment or non-payment. Valid signed successful payment evidence settles the purchase once, including legitimate late notifications. Credits use one account balance while purchase, source environment, expiry and audit references remain traceable. Sandbox payments collect no real money. Sandbox-funded credits do not make a separately confirmed MiniMax request free; production and non-production resources must be isolated for launch.
14-day completely unused purchase refund
Within 14 calendar days after confirmed purchase, you may request a full refund of that purchase if none of the credits in that purchase batch has been used. This is a full-purchase, completely-unused-batch rule, not a promise of prorated refunds after use. Contact [email protected] with the order reference, purchase date and reason, or use the available order refund-request entry. We verify payment, ownership and the specific purchase source's use, reversals and prior refunds; the total account balance alone does not establish eligibility. We aim to make the first response within two business days, excluding China weekends and public holidays in Asia/Shanghai time. A request is not an approved or completed provider refund. Mandatory remedies and duplicate or unauthorized charges are assessed separately and are not excluded merely by this voluntary window.
Processing and entitlement adjustment
Cash refunds require authorized review and provider processing. Approval, provider refund success, revocation of refunded purchase entitlements and posting by the bank/card issuer are separate states. We do not promise an unverified bank-arrival deadline, partial-refund entitlement or automatic cash refund. We do not ask for a full card number or login password. Refunds revoke the applicable original purchase entitlement; a later generation reversal must not recreate purchase rights already revoked.
Generation failures and uncertain outcomes
A rejected or inconclusive final-prompt text check before task creation spends no credits. A definite technical generation or delivery failure reverses eligible original generation consumption once, using the original sources and expiries. This credit reversal is distinct from a cash refund. An unknown submission, query or technical storage/delivery state remains under reconciliation, not automatic paid regeneration or an assumed refund. The displayed credit ledger is evidence of an actual reversal. There is no routine video-content pre-approval queue. A post-delivery misuse restriction, or a subjectively unsatisfactory AI result, is not automatically a technical failure; applicable rights and the specific complaint must be reviewed.
Cancellation, expiry and disputes
Closing the browser does not cancel generation or payment. No user generation-cancellation command is currently exposed. Credits expire on their recorded purchase-source expiry; no automatic extension or cash refund for ordinary expiry is offered. Partly used purchases, discretionary quality complaints and exceptional adjustments are reviewed individually rather than generating an automatic partial-refund entitlement. Provide task/order references and describe the issue; a confirmed technical failure follows the original-charge reversal rule, whereas subjective AI quality is not automatically technical failure. Where mandatory consumer remedies apply they prevail, and using credits is not a blanket waiver of statutory rights.
